Standard Shipping Terms Please read below for details on our standard shipping terms.
Returns and Exchanges Please choose your items carefully as we cannot offer refunds for items due to a change of mind. We offer exchanges or online credit for all change of mind purchases, provided that:
- The item is returned within 14 days of purchase.
- The item is in its original condition.
- The item is not damaged, used, or altered.
Please note that Love In A Box To You cannot cover postage costs for change of mind items. Please email us at support@loveinaboxtoyou.com to organize your exchange.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for sale items unless they are deemed faulty. If an item arrives damaged, please email us at support@loveinaboxtoyou.com, and we will arrange for a replacement, credit, or refund.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (excluding holidays or weekends). However, during peak sales or promotions, processing may take up to 5 business days.
Shipping
We offer various shipping options, including standard and express. If a product is returned to Love In A Box To You or not received due to customer error, including incorrect postage details, refused deliveries, or similar, it will be rectified at the customer's expense. This includes an additional fee for re-delivery. If a customer does not wish to pay for re-delivery, the product cost will be refunded, but not including any postage fees.
Australia Standard
Shipping within Australia usually takes 2-8 business days, while express shipping takes 1-5 business days, depending on the region. Love In A Box TO You offers trackable delivery throughout Australia using Australia Post. A tracking number will be sent to the email entered at checkout. Please check your junk mail folders if the email hasn't arrived within the estimated business days.
Delivery time frames are an estimate, and Love In A Box To You is not responsible for longer delivery times or courier delays. Cancellations will not be accepted due to late delivery. Please note that additional time may be required for couriering your order to your address.
International
Standard international shipping typically takes 10-18 business days, depending on the region and customs clearance. Please note that due to COVID-19, some locations may experience longer delivery times than expected.
Customs
Orders shipped outside of Australia are subject to local import laws, which may attract customs fees, taxes, duties, and the like. Love In A Box To You recommends that all international customers contact the relevant country's import office to discuss the relevant fees and timing before placing an order. Any fees or charges that are applicable to such imports are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your purchase. If the customer refuses delivery due to customs fees or charges, and the product is returned to Love In A Box To You, only the product will be refunded, and shipping costs are non-refundable.
Lost Parcels
Love In A Box To You cannot be held responsible for the delivery services of Australia Post or any other courier service. Any items missing, stolen, or undelivered due to incorrect information cannot be replaced by Love In A box To You. If this occurs, please contact Australia Post immediately. Otherwise, please contact us, and we can discuss your options.
